Log by chatting with CatLena
How to tell CatLena what you ate or trained, review the proposal and confirm the entry.
Instead of filling in forms, you write it your way. CatLena understands, does the math and builds the entry for you to confirm. Nothing is saved before you confirm.
Where it is
- On the website: the CatLena item at the top of the menu.
- In the app: the Chat button at the top of any screen.

Log a meal or a workout
- Write what happened. Examples: "for lunch I had 4 spoons of rice, 1 ladle of beans and 150 g of chicken" or "I ran 8 km in 44 minutes this morning".
- CatLena replies and shows the proposal under "Confirm what I should log".
- Tap the proposal to open the details: items, calories and macros of each one.
- If there is more than one proposal, untick the ones you do not want.
- Tap Confirm. Done, it is logged.

Speak instead of typing
- Tap the microphone, next to the send button. The first time, allow microphone access.
- Speak normally: what you ate, with the quantities, or the workout you did. The waves show the recording is picking up your voice.
- Tap send. CatLena transcribes it and replies as if you had typed. The X cancels the recording.
Send a photo of the meal
- Tap the camera, to the left of the message field, and take a photo or choose one from your library.
- If you like, add a note: the name of the dish, a weight you know, what you did not eat.
- Send. CatLena identifies the foods, estimates the weight of each one and builds the proposal.
- Check the weights in the reply and fix anything that is off before confirming.
Fix the proposal
Disagree with something? Just ask in the chat: "swap the rice for potato", "change the pace to 5:00", "remove Thursday's workout". CatLena sends back the updated proposal.
What else you can ask
- Plan meals or the training week: "build my running plan for next week".
- Repeat something: "today I had the same dinner as yesterday".
- Edit an entry: "at breakfast today it was 2 slices of bread, not 1".
- Ask: "how was my week?" or "what do I have planned for tomorrow?".
- Ask it to remember something: "remember I don't eat gluten".
