Delete your account
How to delete your CatLena account in the app or on the website, what is erased and what happens to your subscription.
Deleting your account erases your profile, your nutrition, workout, body and sleep records, recipes, plans, CatLena memories and the Strava connection. This cannot be undone.
In the app
- Tap your photo in the top right corner to open Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete permanently. On iPhone, if you signed in with Apple, Apple asks for a confirmation.
On the website
- Sign in at catlena.com and open Settings.
- At the end of the page, click Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete permanently.
Subscription
- Subscription purchased on the website: canceled together with the account, with no refund for the remaining period.
- Subscription purchased on the App Store or Google Play: not canceled with the account. Cancel it in the store to avoid further charges.
