Follow your nutrition for the day
How to read the CatLena Nutrition screen: energy, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, water and stamina.

Energy
Shows what you ate, what you burned and the balance: a deficit when you burned more than you ate, a surplus otherwise. The mark on the bar is your target.
What you burned is the sum of three parts: basal (what the body spends at rest), daily activity and workouts. Daily activity comes from the activity level in your profile or, when steps are synced, from the steps taken outside workouts.
Protein, carbs, fat and fiber
Each bar compares what you ate with the target for the day. The lighter part is planned meals not yet eaten. Tap a bar to open the chart.
Water
Tap +250 or +500 for each glass. The −250 button fixes an extra tap.
Stamina
An estimate of your energy reserve for training, calculated from the carbs you ate and the workouts you did. The "?" next to it explains the math.
